Dr. H.C. Neil Ganey is the Northrup Grumman Fellow for Human Systems Engineering & Integration in their Aeronautics Systems sector. He is also a member of the Graduate Steering Committee and part-time adjunct faculty member for Kent State University’s User Experience Design graduate program. Dr. Ganey possesses a Ph.D. in Applied Experimental/Human Factors Psychology from the University of Central Florida (UCF), as well as a Masters degree in Human Systems in Modeling & Simulation from UCF. He is also a BCPE Certified Human Factors Practitioner. At various times in his career, Dr. Ganey has fulfilled the duties in each of the disciplines discussed in this panel.
