Susan Hallbeck, PhD, PE, CPE is a Consultant in Health Care Delivery Research and Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. She is also the Robert D. and Patricia E. Kern Director for Health Care Systems Engineering in the Kern Center for the Science of Health Care. She is also the immediate past-President of HFES.
