Trevor Hall is the Vice President of Healthcare Safety and Risk Management at the Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada. Trevor’s vast experience spans several key leadership roles within healthcare safety and risk. He has designed safety systems for institutions, governments, and intergovernmental organizations. Trevor serves on the Board of Directors for ISMP Canada and is the Co-Program Director for the Health Law Certificate at Osgoode Hall Law School. Trevor holds a Master of Science, a business degree, a nursing degree, and is a Fellow of Quality Improvement and a Fellow of Biosecurity. Trevor is a PhD student at the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto and is a member of Professor Mark Chignell’s Interactive Media Lab.
